Packaging is designed to adequately protect products during transport, reducing the risk of damage and resulting unnecessary returns.

5. Returns Management and Waste Reduction
In the event of a return, the customer may exercise their right within 15 days of receiving the order.
The return label is included in the package upon delivery (the customer receives the return shipping label directly in the package).
Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund is processed within 2–3 business days.
Through careful verification of returned products, we promote, where possible, the reintroduction of eligible items into the sales cycle, contributing to the reduction of waste.
Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
